Company Description Hyper Stealth Technologies Private Limited is a specialized provider of advanced signature management solutions and products for military camouflage and concealment. The company operates with solid in-house research, development, and manufacturing capabilities, integrating proprietary technologies into its stealth and camouflage materials.

Role Description The Purchase Manager (Chemical Purchase) will oversee end-to-end procurement of chemicals and related materials required for camouflage and stealth product manufacturing, ensuring timely availability at optimal cost and quality.

Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and evaluating suppliers, requesting and comparing quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and finalizing purchase orders in line with company policies.

Qualifications The candidate should have relevant experience of 3 - 5 years into Chemical Purchase(Mandatory).

- Demonstrated experience in chemical procurement or raw material purchasing in manufacturing, defense, or related industrial sectors.
- Robust vendor management skills, including supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and long-term relationship building.
- Ability to understand chemical specifications, safety data, and quality standards,



working closely with technical and R&D; teams.
- Proficiency in purchase order management, inventory tracking, and use of ERP or similar procurement and documentation systems.
- Knowledge of applicable procurement regulations, basic contract terms, and compliance requirements related to chemical handling and sourcing.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in records and reporting.
- Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across production, logistics, finance, and quality functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant postgraduate or professional certification in materials management or supply chain is an advantage.
- Prior experience in defense, specialty chemicals, coatings, or advanced materials industries will be considered an added benefit.
