We’re looking for a Publisher Director to help us build and scale Pantech’s global publisher ecosystem at a serious level

What you’ll be doing

- Bringing in and scaling high-quality publishers
- Building solid partnerships with affiliates, ad networks & media buyers
- Matching publishers with campaigns for maximum performance
- Negotiating deals, solving escalations & scaling revenue
- Driving exclusive partnerships and long-term growth opportunities

You’re a fit if you:

✔ Have strong affiliate/publisher ecosystem experience

✔ Already have solid publisher & traffic source connections

✔ Know how to scale supply fast

✔ Can thrive in high-pressure, high-growth environments

✔ Have strong commercial & negotiation skills
