Job Title: Senior Vice President – Public Relations

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President – Public Relations to lead and drive strategic communications for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role requires a seasoned PR leader with exceptional business acumen, robust client relationships, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams while driving business growth.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in a leading PR agency, possess excellent media relationships, and be capable of providing strategic counsel to senior leadership and marquee clients across sectors.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and oversee strategic communication mandates for key national and multinational clients.

· Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with CXOs, promoters, and senior stakeholders.

· Drive new business development through networking, client acquisition, and successful pitch presentations.

· Develop and execute integrated communication strategies, corporate reputation programs, and thought leadership initiatives.

· Lead crisis communication and reputation management assignments.

· Mentor, coach, and develop senior account leadership teams to deliver best-in-class client servicing.

· Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring strategic direction, operational excellence, and profitability.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated communication solutions.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with senior editors, journalists, and key media stakeholders.

· Identify opportunities for business expansion and account growth.

· Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape,



and emerging communication opportunities.

· Own revenue targets, profitability, forecasting, and overall business performance for the assigned vertical.

· Represent the agency at industry events, leadership forums, and client engagements.

· Proven track record of managing large accounts, leading senior teams, and driving sustainable business growth.
