Psychology Mentor & TOK Mentor

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Master’s Degree + B.Ed.

Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Psychology Mentor & Theory of Knowledge (TOK) Mentor to support students in their academic and personal development within an international school environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Mentor students in Psychology and Theory of Knowledge (TOK).
- Plan and deliver engaging sessions that promote critical thinking and inquiry.
- Guide students in research, analysis, reflection, and academic writing.
- Support students with projects, assessments, and presentations.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage independent learning, open discussion,



and intellectual curiosity.
- Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to support student development.

Candidate Profile

- Master’s Degree in Psychology or a relevant subject with B.Ed.
- 2–5 years of relevant teaching/mentoring experience.
- Experience with IB/International curriculum and TOK will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
- Robust understanding of critical thinking and inquiry-based learning.
