We have built a unique platform (GetCompanion.in) focused on emotional wellness and meaningful human connection.

As a Companion, you will engage with customers who are emotionally weak over chat and video calls, helping them feel heard, valued, and positive through friendly and respectful conversations. You will allow them to vent out without being judged.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage in text, audio or one way video interactions with customers to promote positivity and happiness.




- Listen actively and communicate with patience and respect.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company conversation guidelines.
- Share insights and feedback to improve customer experience.

Requirements

- Strong command of Hindi and English; knowledge of one regional language is an advantage.
- Friendly personality, good communication skills, and emotional intelligence.
- Prior experience in customer service, wellness, or hospitality is a plus.
- Must be a graduate in psychology

What We Offer
