Deputy Manager/Manager - Product, Technology & EV Planning

Role
• EV Planning in Automotive Industry Responsibilities :
• Preparation of Recent Product Proposals (New opportunity identification in EV Domain) & presentation to senior management – New product proposal preparation will involve in depth understanding of Economic environment, Regulatory Environment, Competition, Customer, Technology Evaluation, Company’s current and future situation.

• New Product Concept Preparation for Electric Vehicle and EV Models Roadmap Preparation • Market Sales Trend and Technology Trend Study Specific to Electric Vehicles – Current and Future Market Study [Related and Cross Industry trend application] – India and Global • Collaboration with overseas product team for new proposal conceptualisation & feature/specification finalisation especially for EV models.

• Scenario Planning & Business case preparation on various new product in Electric Vehicle Domain. Model planning of Electrified powertrain vehicles xEV • Tracking of Govt.



Policies related to EV’s and reporting to Sr. management • Management Information reporting / Analysis of newly launched & refreshed products.

• Tracking current and future competition product and Market Intelligence related activities in EV Domain and preparing reports for management.

• Tracking the global events & activities happening across various countries & monitor changing market dynamics.

• Keeping the track of EV specific ecosystem development across globe and prepare requirement as part of EV planning Competency Requirements :
• Good Presentation skill & In depth knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Positive knowledge of vehicle & Automotive Industry i.e. SIAM Classification, Tax Structure, Regulatory setting • Understanding of Indian Consumers • Knowledge of EV related business.

Educational

Qualification
• B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical / Electrical/Electronic/Computer/Data Science Engineering • Minimum 60 % marks
