Role Description:

The DGM will be responsible for overseeing business operations in Europe and North America, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify growth prospects, and working closely with senior management team to develop and implement business strategies for appointing company's distributors and opening new accounts for mainly basmati and other ethnic products.

> Qualifications

10+ years of experience in senior managerial role in food and beverage industry.

A skilled with rice background will be preferred.

A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, management or a related field.

Proven experience in overseeing business operations, developing and handling distribution channels, implementing business strategies and managing cross functional teams

Good network with companies dealing in Indian products

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural and global setting, ability to think critically and the ability to travel frequently to Europe and North America.
