About the role

We are looking for a Projects Manager (Civil) to lead civil execution for our new Quicklime and Hydrated Lime manufacturing plant at Berathal Kalan, Dist. Nagaur.

You will handle civil scope on site, covering equipment foundations, RCC work, steel structures and site development, through to handover for equipment erection.

What you will be responsible for

- Executing civil scope on site, from site development through foundations and structural works
- Managing equipment foundations to drawing, level and tolerance requirements
- Overseeing RCC work, steel structures, buildings and plant civil infrastructure
- Reviewing civil and structural drawings, and resolving site level queries




- Coordinating with mechanical and electrical teams so foundations and structures are ready when equipment arrives
- Managing contractors, including scope clarity, manpower deployment, work quality and billing verification
- Checking quality of materials, concrete, reinforcement and workmanship
- Tracking progress against schedule and flagging delays early
- Controlling civil cost against budget and verifying contractor measurements
- Enforcing safety standards across all civil activities, in line with our ISO 45001 systems

What we are looking for

- B.Tech, B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 5 to 8 years of industrial or plant civil construction experience
- Strong background in equipment foundations and structural works
- Working knowledge of RCC, steel structures and site development
- Experience managing contractors and site teams
- A record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget

Preferred

- Experience in lime, cement or minerals processing plants
- Exposure to greenfield industrial construction
- Comfort working at a plant location in Nagaur district, Rajasthan
