About the role

We are looking for a Projects Incharge to lead execution of our new Quicklime/Hydrated lime manufacturing plant at Berathal Kalan, Dist. Nagaur, Rajasthan.

You will own the project end to end, from planning and site preparation through erection, installation, commissioning and handover to operations, with full accountability for safety, schedule and budget. The role spans mechanical, electrical and civil scopes, and involves leading the site project team and managing contractors and vendors throughout.

Location: Berathal Kalan, Dist. Nagaur, Rajasthan | Full time, on site

What you will be responsible for

- Planning and executing plant projects end to end, through to commissioning and handover
- Leading erection, installation, alignment and commissioning of plant equipment and systems
- Coordinating mechanical, electrical and civil scopes so work sequences cleanly without clashes or rework
- Building and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress against milestones, and flagging slippage early




- Managing contractors and vendors on site, covering scope clarity, work quality, manpower deployment and billing verification
- Reviewing drawings, layouts and technical documentation, and resolving site level engineering queries
- Controlling project cost against budget and supporting procurement on equipment and material specifications
- Enforcing safety standards across all site activity, in line with our ISO 45001 systems
- Leading and developing the site project team across disciplines
- Handing over commissioned systems to operations with complete documentation

What we are looking for

- B.Tech, B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 10 to 12 years of project experience, including hands-on greenfield project execution
- Proven track record in plant erection and commissioning
- Working knowledge across mechanical, electrical and civil project scopes, enough to coordinate all three confidently
- Strong project planning skills, including scheduling, resource planning and progress tracking
- Experience managing contractors, vendors and multi-disciplinary site teams
- A transparent record of delivering projects safely, on time and within budget

Preferred

- Experience in the lime, cement or minerals processing industry
- Exposure to calcination, crushing, sizing or material handling systems
- Comfort working at a plant location in Nagaur district, Rajasthan
