Detailed Planning, Project Monitoring & Execution:

 Collect all engineering drawings and project details.

 Assist in planning and executing site construction activities, including excavation, foundation work, structural work, and utilities installations.

 Conduct fortnightly review meetings with stakeholders.

Site Supervision

 Oversee daily in office civil works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Contractor & Vendor Management:

 Coordinate with contractors and vendors daily to ensure efficient execution of site activities and timely availability of materials.

Quality Assurance

 Monitor the quality of materials used and ensure construction processes adhere to the highest standards.





 Conduct quality checks and address any non-compliance issues.

Safety & Compliance:

 Enforce safety protocols in office, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and promote a protected working environment for all personnel. Bill Verification & Approval

 Check running bills of contractors against measurements of actual work done and perform reconciliation.
