Responsibilities:
Assist customers in booking flights, issuing tickets, and handling reservations
Provide information and guidance on flight schedules, fares, and travel packages
Handle inquiries, complaints, and changes in flight itineraries
Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and car rental companies to make travel arrangements for customers
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in flight schedules and fares
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the booking process




Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in using computer systems and reservation software
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of a second language is a plus
