Job Summary:

We are seeking a agile and style-savvy Store Manager to lead our fashion retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, managing visual merchandising, and leading a motivated team. This role requires a passion for fashion, robust leadership, and a keen eye for trends and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Experience
Drive sales to achieve and exceed store targets and KPIs (conversion rate, average basket size, UPT, etc.).
Deliver an exceptional and consistent customer experience aligned with the brand image.
Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and poise.

Team Leadership & Management
Recruit, train, motivate, and develop store staff to perform at their best.
Schedule and manage staff rosters to optimize coverage and productivity.
Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.

Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.




Execute seasonal floor sets, promotions, and product launches effectively.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and reflective of the latest trends.

Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor stock levels, conduct stock takes, and ensure timely replenishment.
Coordinate with the warehouse and suppliers for new stock and returns.
Minimize stock shrinkage through effective loss prevention strategies.

Operational Excellence
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Manage store opening, closing, and cash handling procedures.
Analyze sales reports and provide insights and action plans to improve performance.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion/apparel.
