Position: Airport Ground Staff

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers, as well as providing efficient service to airlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates
Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft
Perform security checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Provide assistance to passengers with special needs or disabilities
Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal




Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass from a recognized board
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer service oriented
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The contract will be for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Location:

The position is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. However, candidates must be willing to relocate to other locations as per the company's requirements.
