Position: Engineer II - Identity & Access Management

(3 to 6 years of experience in Identity & Access Management and Cloud Identity Engineering)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise identity and access solutions across on-premises and cloud environments. This role demands expertise in identity lifecycle management, access controls, and directory services, with a robust focus on enabling secure, scalable, and compliant access to enterprise systems. You will play a critical role in strengthening identity-first security and ensuring productive access governance across the organization.

Key responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions across cloud and on-prem environments
Configure and maintain user identities, roles, and access policies
Implement and manage RBAC and least-privilege principles
Support Joiner, Mover, Leaver lifecycle processes
Integrate applications with SSO, MFA, and federation systems
Perform access reviews, audits, and compliance remediation




Automate identity provisioning using scripting tools
Monitor IAM system performance and security events
Collaborate with InfraOps, Security, and DevOps teams
Troubleshoot IAM-related incidents
Create documentation and runbooks

Terraform / ARM / Bicep (basic understanding)

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Nice to Have:

SC-300, AZ-500 certifications

Experience with PAM or Identity Governance tools
