Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Site Engineer for one of our reputed builder clients in Navi Mumbai (Nerul).

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day on-site activities to ensure projects progress according to schedule and within budget.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve any technical issues that may arise during construction.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, specifications, and quality standards.
Prepare Estimate and planning, check Contractor RA Bill, manage materials inventories, etc. as required
Prepare, monitor, and enforce job safety analysis to ensure a secure working workplace for all personnel.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of construction progress, materials used, and expenditures incurred.
Prepare a daily and weekly progress report and send it to HO.
Prepare materials and manpower planning in advance for running construction activities smoothly.




Guide construction workers by applying knowledge, tools and techniques to meet project needs
Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes to address challenges and achieve project goals.
Ensure that all relevant documentation and permits are obtained and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidates Profile:
Dip/Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Min 5 years of work experience in real estate or related to a real estate firm.
Ability to lead and manage a project site independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
