Position: Airport Executive (Fresher)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Airport Executive. As an Airport Executive, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the airport operations team in providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in the aviation industry.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers at the airport
Provide information and assistance to customers regarding flight schedules, baggage, and other airport services
Handle check-in and boarding procedures for passengers
Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed at the airport
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner




Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations at the airport
Maintain accurate records of passenger information and flight details
Assist in baggage handling and loading/unloading of cargo
Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
Minimum 10th pass
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The selected candidate will be offered a market-market-competitive salary and benefits package.
