What will you do?
As a Technical Lead, you will guide the design, development, and delivery of up-to-date, scalable software systems with a solid focus on security and compliance. You will lead a team of engineers, participate in architectural decisions, ensure code quality, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high‑performance products.
Provide hands‑on leadership — contributing to design, development, code reviews,



optimization, and troubleshooting.
Lead development of scalable, secure microservices using Java, Python, REST APIs, and supportive frameworks.
Participate in architectural design sessions, define coding standards, and establish engineering best practices.
Oversee integration between applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Work closely with product managers, UI/UX, architects, data teams, and leadership to define requirements and align technical goals with business strategy.
Translate requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and engineering estimates.
Stay current with emerging technologies and apply innovations where beneficial.
