Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve export sales targets, taking into account market trends, competition, and customer requirements.
International market expansion: Identify and explore recent export markets for Wohr Parking System's products and services, conducting market research, assessing market potential, and identifying business opportunities.
Team leadership: Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, and performance management to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
Key account management: Develop and maintain solid relationships with international partners,

managing contract negotiations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales forecasting and reporting: Monitor and analyze sales data, prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.
Marketing co-ordination: Co-ordinate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials,

sales presentations, and marketing campaigns to support export sales efforts.
Cross-functional collaboration:



Collaborate with internal departments, including engineering,

manufacturing, logistics, and customer support, to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer service satisfaction.
Sales performance analysis: Conduct regular analysis of sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategies to optimize sales processes and increase profitability.
Stay up to date: Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify recent business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements
Any Graduate + MBA or relevant field
Mimimum 8 to 12 years of proven experience in Export Sales Department.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation
Leadership and organisational skills
Outstanding communication and people skills
In depth knowledge of export sales business
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Knowing German language will be added advantage.
