Job Title: Warehouse Manager (2 Positions)

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month
Education: Any Graduation

Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall warehouse operations, ensuring seamless storage, organization, and dispatch of goods.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct routine stock audits, and implement measures to prevent discrepancies.
Oversee order processing, including picking, packing, and shipping, to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Implement effective return management strategies to minimize losses and enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain compliance with warehouse safety protocols and optimize space utilization for improved efficiency.
Coordinate with e-commerce and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and smooth order processing.
Utilize inventory management software to track stock movement, update records,



and analyze inventory data.
Identify and resolve operational challenges while streamlining warehouse processes for enhanced productivity.
Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and operational standards.
Foster a structured, high-performance warehouse setting to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management and e-commerce logistics.
Proficiency in inventory management software and warehouse operations tools.
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-volume order processing environment.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
