Position: Airport Ground Staff

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while they are at the airport.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, departure gates, and baggage claim areas
Check passengers' tickets and travel documents to ensure they are valid
Help passengers with their luggage and provide assistance to those with special needs
Provide information to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate changes
Conduct security checks and screenings on passengers and their baggage
Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth and timely operations




Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to all safety and security procedures at the airport
Assist with boarding and deplaning procedures as needed

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
Must be able to lift and move heavy luggage
Knowledge of basic computer skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required
