About Company

Our US Client a ground up Real Estate Developer in US and Caribbean is seeking highly motivated candidates to play an integral role in its rapidly growing Real estate department. This candidate will be involved in all aspects of the Residential & Commercial building Construction. Scope will include Design and Construction phase with Architects, Design firms, Underwriting, Financing, Due diligence, Performance analyses, Investor relations and Reporting adhering to US rules, Regulations and standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Project Planning, Budgeting & Scheduling of Residential & Commercial real estate.

● Manage and Report on Scope, Timelines & Budget.

● Manage Design engineering.

● Interview, Shortlist and hire the right 3rd party contractors and consultants.

- Align product design with market feasibility of product & Pricing

● Drive the consultants to get all required permits & approvals for the project.





Candidate Preferred Profile:

- 10 - 15 years construction related experience
- English Speaking and Written skills should be effective
- Prior experience facing US clients would get preference.
- Problem resolving skills with good analytical skills.
- Quick learner with good communication skills.
- Budget, Scope, Timeline or Vendor Management experience will be a plus.
- Experience in US Real Estate will be an added advantage.
- NICMAR in Project Management or RICS will have an added advantage.
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

- Evening Shift IST ~5 PM - 2 AM. Work from the office only.
