Role Description The Project Manager Civil is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati. The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing civil construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring work is executed according to design, quality, safety, and timeline requirements. Daily tasks include managing project schedules, monitoring progress, supervising site teams, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and clients, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

The Project Manager

Civil will handle resource allocation, review drawings and technical documents, resolve on-site issues, and prepare regular progress and cost reports. The role also includes overseeing quality control procedures,



enforcing safety protocols, and supporting continuous improvement in project execution.

Qualifications

- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure project execution, with the ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience in Construction Management, including site supervision, resource allocation, and contractor oversight.
- Competence in Budgeting and cost control, with the ability to track expenses and optimize project financial performance.
- Bachelor’s degree or above iin Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Prior experience managing civil construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in a similar on-site environment.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations applicable to civil construction works.
- Effective communication, leadership, and team coordination skills, with the ability to make timely decisions on-site.
- Proficiency with project management and construction-related software tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Guwahati and adapt to project-based demands and timelines.
