Role Overview The Project Management Executive at Ottoman will act as the bridge between clients, internal teams and external stakeholders. You will be working directly with the founders, overseeing multiple branding and communication projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality and client satisfaction are consistently met. This role demands someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and organisation, and who can manage people, processes and projects while understanding the nuances of branding and design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects end to end, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, presenting strategies and providing regular updates and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, strategy, content and communications) to ensure smooth workflows and alignment across projects.
- Anticipate and address client needs, providing proactive solutions and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation and timelines to optimise team efficiency.
- Facilitate research and insights for projects, ensuring creative work is rooted in strategy and relevance.
- Champion the use of AI and productivity tools to streamline workflows and maximise time efficiency.
- Uphold Ottoman’s commitment to creativity while ensuring operational excellence in every project.
Requirement
- Strong understanding of branding, communication strategy and creative processes.
- Exceptional organisational, planning and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and confidently to clients.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of design tools or software is a bonus (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
- Ability to work with adaptability and agility across dynamic projects and teams.
- Research acumen, comfortable with collecting, analysing and applying insights to relevant projects and brands.
- Tech-forward mindset, leveraging AI and digital tools for effective day-to-day work.
