We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to coordinate and monitor all ongoing project sites and ensure smooth, timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with technical teams, execution teams, clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other agencies across all sites.
- Prepare MOMs and ensure timely closure of all action points.
- Define clear timelines, priorities, and responsibilities for the execution team.
- Ensure drawings, approvals, materials, technical inputs, and site requirements are available on time so execution does not stop.
- Maintain site-wise status of progress, pending points, dependencies, and critical issues.
- Identify delays or bottlenecks in advance and coordinate for quick resolution.




- Provide regular project-wise status updates to Top Management and escalate critical issues when required.
- Ensure solid follow-up and coordination until pending matters are closed.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Project Management / Project Coordination / Site Execution.
- Basic technical knowledge of Electrical / Automation / MEP / ELV / Building Automation preferred.
- Strong grasping, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and agencies simultaneously.
- Strong ownership and follow-up capabilities.
- The key objective of this role is to ensure complete coordination and clarity across all stakeholders so that project execution continues without delays or communication gaps.
