Your tasks will include:
Designing and implementing EMC strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g., CISPR, IEC, FCC)
Conducting EMC measurements,



analyses and design reviews during the product development phase to identify risks early and optimize product performance
Developing and leading EMC test plans, including pre-compliance and full compliance testing for emissions, immunity and susceptibility
Identifying and resolving EMC issues through root cause analysis, including grounding, shielding, filtering, crosstalk, noise coupling and PCB/layout-related topics
Defining, reviewing and maintaining EMC requirements in design requirement documents and ensuring proper flow-down to subsystems
Collaborating with hardware, software and mechanical engineers to incorporate EMC best practices into system designs
Leading EMC documentation, test reporting, compliance evidence and risk assessments while mentoring engineers and supporting global project execution
Staying up to date with evolving EMC regulations, standards, and testing methodologies, and applying this knowledge to ongoing projects
