■Students attendance maintenance – 95% on daily basis
â– To check the implementation of lesson plan and conduct slip test on a daily basis.
â– Maintenance of Toilets cleaning proforma
■Tracking of improper uniform of students – Submission of list to PCs.
â– Substitution Classes Coordination with Time Table incharge.
â– To check if the teachers are reporting on time to their respective classes on a daily basis.
â– To interact with the students, to know their problems and to do the follow up in coordination with the concerned teachers and parent counselors during break times.
