Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
Greet customers upon entry and provide them with friendly, personalized assistance.
Assist customers in finding the perfect outfit or accessory based on their preferences and needs.
Offer styling advice and suggestions to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products available in the store.
Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, styles, and brands.
Educate customers about product features, materials, and care instructions.
Visual Merchandising:
Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store by arranging displays and ensuring that merchandise is presented attractively.
Participate in setting up window displays and promotional showcases to highlight current arrivals and promotions.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise on the sales floor.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory management tasks as needed.
Sales Support:




Ring up purchases accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
Store Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including fitting rooms and back storage areas.
Ensure that all safety and security procedures are followed to protect customers, employees, and merchandise.

Requirements:
should not exceed 25 years.
Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced retail environment.
Robust attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
