Job Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Check-in & Passenger Handling Staff. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing productive and friendly service to our passengers.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet passengers and assist them with the check-in process
Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with airport security regulations
Handle baggage and ensure it is properly tagged and loaded onto the correct flight
Assist passengers with special needs or requests, such as wheelchair assistance or meal accommodations
Answer any questions or concerns from passengers and provide helpful information about the airport and their flight




Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure timely departures and arrivals
Handle any issues or complaints from passengers in a professional and productive manner
Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for all passengers
Keep the check-in counters and surrounding areas clean and organized
Perform any other duties assigned by the airport management team

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced and energetic environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage when needed
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances
