Job Overview

We are looking for female trainee engineers from Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering backgrounds to join our Admin Department. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and will be responsible for supporting administrative, operational, and technical coordination within the department.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Admin team in day-to-day operations and documentation
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
Support maintenance, facility management, and resource allocation
Handle technical reports, data entry, and system updates
Assist in vendor coordination, purchase requests,



and approvals
Work on assigned projects and prepare regular reports
Learn and implement administrative policies and processes

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Understanding of technical documents and engineering basics
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
Freshers are welcome; prior internship/training experience will be an advantage
Only female candidates are eligible for this role
