Job Summary:
The Inbound Domestic Operations Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing and executing all domestic travel-related operations. This includes coordinating with suppliers, handling reservations, managing itineraries, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and resolving operational challenges. The role demands a robust understanding of the domestic travel market, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Itinerary Planning & Execution:
Design and execute tailor-made itineraries for domestic travelers based on customer preferences.
Coordinate with local suppliers, hotels, and transport companies to ensure smooth operation of tours.
Reservations Management:
Handle bookings for accommodation, transportation, activities,



and other travel services.
Ensure all bookings are accurately confirmed and documented in the system.
Supplier Coordination:
Build and maintain solid relationships with domestic suppliers.
Negotiate rates and contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality services.
Customer Support:
Provide pre-trip and on-trip assistance to customers, addressing any issues or special requests.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during their travel.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor the quality of services provided by suppliers and take corrective action when necessary.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to continually improve service delivery.
Problem Solving:
Resolve any operational issues that may arise during the travel process, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer's experience.
Handle customer complaints in a timely and skilled manner.
