Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
Issue boarding passes and collect payments
Provide information about available properties and services
Assist in scheduling property viewings and appointments
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions




Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient process for customers
Stay updated with the latest market trends and property information

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid customer service orientation
