AI Platform Role Summary At Candescent AI Platform team, we are seeking an experienced, self-starting and cutting-edge AI Senior Designer who is a system thinker, focusing on translating strategic concepts, AI behaviors, and AI design patterns into cohesive,



elegant product experiences by designing reusable components that scale across multiple platforms. As a key member of our AI design team, you will work hand-to-hand with product managers, researcher, content writers, engineers to design and build next generation AI banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead UX projects and drive overarching UX strategy
Uphold experience design (XD) processes and collaborate closely with product management and engineering to define and implement creative solutions that align with the product's visual and experiential direction
Execute all stages of visual design, from initial concept through engineering design reviews
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-centered design approach to complex design challenges.
