Key duties and responsibilities




Processing of Financial & Non-Financial transactions through internal systems as per regulatory and client requirement
Identify and resolve problems within the defined procedure Complete archiving of investor and client documentation ensuring a full audit trail exists for subsequent retrieval
Expected to work on initiatives/Ad-hoc requirements as per business needs
Should be able to work independently but also need to be a good team player
Should be able to identify process gaps & need to work as a trouble shoot
Ability to support, guide & train other team members
Should have the ability to understand & handle complex queries
Solid domain knowledge is essential & understanding of TA business.es
Well versed with preparation and review of SOPs/Process flow charts
Able to identify & implement various process control
Provide cutting-edge ideas for process enhancements
Should have a positive understanding of regulatory and audit requirements to ensure all the requirements are fulfilled
