Roles & Responsibilities

Strategy & Transformation
Support client projects across healthcare strategy, transformation, and analytics
Contribute to assessments, benchmarking, problem solving, and prospect identification
Help develop business cases, operating models, roadmaps, and implementation plans
Support initiatives across operations, technology,



and governance in healthcare settings

Value-Based Care & Payment Models
Support the design of healthcare financing and value-based care models
Analyze trade-offs across cost, quality, access, and stakeholder incentives
Contribute to frameworks for provider performance, reimbursement, and population health management

Analytics & Insights
Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches
Work with healthcare data to identify trends, cost drivers, and improvement opportunities
Turn analysis into clear recommendations and client-ready materials

Operations & Improvement
Support reviews of clinical and administrative workflows
Identify improvement opportunities in cost, utilization, efficiency, and quality
Contribute to process improvement and change initiatives

Client Collaboration
Work with client stakeholders and internal teams across the project lifecycle
