Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Scrum Master & Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience to drive Agile delivery while effectively bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring explicit requirements gathering, analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities





Scrum Master Responsibilities
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement
Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.)
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlog prioritization

Business Analyst Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into transparent functional and technical requirements
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and documentation
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solution alignment
