Debt Capitals Market team is part of the Wholesale Banking Group at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. The DCM teams works to structure & procure debt financing solutions across situations like vanilla balance sheet funding, project financing, government financing, sustainable solutions, sub-debt, securitization of receivables, acquisitions financing, Real Estate etc.

The role involves credit sales in high yield and special situations segment to NBFCs and various onshore and offshore funds.
Necessary skillsets to evaluate the transactions and structuring inputs to enhance salability
Continuous engagement with the external investors at various levels to ensure timely syndication
Closure of deal including sanctions, documentation and funding
Interacting with the Origination/Execution team for structuring, executing the deals.
Working independently as well as in a team




Relationships:

External clients –NBFCs, Domestic & Foreign Funds, Wealth markets etc.

Internal clients- RMs, Execution & Origination Teams
Qualifications: MBA (from top tier institutions); CA (rankers / first attempt)
Should have in-depth experience of carrying out syndication – which shall involve working with the various investors
Robust relationship building capabilities
Understanding of regulatory framework, legal and operational aspects relevant to debt raising and executing
Should possess valuable Communication skills – both written & oral
Term sheets and documentation negotiation
Experience profile of at least 10 -12 years
