Airstriprealtech, a leading airport company in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As part of the ground staff team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop, and boarding procedures
Provide excellent customer service and address any passenger inquiries or concerns
Conduct security screenings and ensure compliance with airport regulations
Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo from aircraft
Perform aircraft marshalling and communicate with pilots and ground crew
Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time departures and arrivals
Monitor flight schedules and update passengers on any changes or delays
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the airport terminal




Handle any emergency situations or incidents that may arise
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as airport regulations

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or airport operations is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
Knowledge of local language and English is required, additional languages are a plus
