Role Reach out to sales professionals in retail and early-career roles Guide them into our paid weekend masterclasses Conduct field visits to stores, malls and offices in Nagpur Handle conversations on call, WhatsApp and in person Requirements Confident personality and clear communication Comfortable with field visits and meeting new people Self-motivated and target-driven Fluent Hindi and basic English Marathi is an advantage 1–3 years experience in sales, counselling or business development preferred Compensation Fixed: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month Performance incentive: ₹800 – ₹1,000 per confirmed paid enrolment Higher earnings possible based on performance Key This is a field outreach role.
