AjnaLens is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Product Engineering team at Thane (Maharashtra – India). This is a high-impact role for a technically strong program management professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the expected quality.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in program/project management, Jira, stakeholder management, and technical project execution. The candidate should be comfortable working closely with engineering, product, AI, firmware, hardware, QA, and other cross-functional teams.

Top 3 Daily Tasks:

- Manage and track multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly defined and monitored.

- Use Jira to manage project planning, sprint execution, task tracking, dependencies, risks, and overall program visibility.

- Work closely with technical and cross-functional teams to identify blockers, drive resolution, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Minimum Work Experience Required:

7 years of experience in Program Management, Technical Project Management, Project Management, or a related role.

Solid hands-on experience with Jira and Agile project management methodologies.

Strong technical understanding with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams.

- Ability to understand technical discussions, architecture decisions, integration dependencies, and engineering challenges.

- Understanding of CI/CD, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, microservices, and system integration is an advantage..

Leadership & Strategic Capabilities:

- Ability to coordinate and drive multiple engineering teams without direct reporting authority.

- Strong ownership of project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.

- Ability to identify potential delivery risks early and establish mitigation plans.

- Strong communication with senior leadership and ability to provide clear program-level status reports.

- Ability to establish structured processes for planning, tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Bonus Points For

- Experience managing technology programs involving AI/ML, IoT, Embedded Systems, Wearables, AR/VR, or Consumer Electronics.

- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and other related tools.

- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification.

- Experience working in a product-based or deep-tech environment.

- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and system integration.

- Experience managing projects involving both hardware and software engineering teams.

Education

- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- MBA/PGDM or PMP/PMI-ACP/CSM/PSM certification is an added advantage.

- Equivalent experience managing complex technical projects with a strong delivery track record is highly valued.
