Job Responsibilities:
Merchant acquisition and onboarding
Daily market visits within assigned zones
Explaining company business model to merchants
Generating merchant leads and pipeline
Conducting merchant meetings and follow-ups
Achieving onboarding targets
Daily reporting and CRM updates
Maintaining skilled brand representation
Requirements:
Experience in Field Sales, Merchant Acquisition, B2B Sales, Telecom, FMCG, Fintech, Banking, Broadband, Real Estate, or Direct Sales.
Comfortable with field work and target-based sales.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
