Year two production average: $320,000

PRACTICE DETAILS

You will step into a fully established outpatient panel, with no building from scratch. An endocrinologist is embedded within the clinic, giving your patients specialist access without the typical referral friction.
Panel: 100% established, outpatient only, No OB
Schedule: 36 patient contact hours over 4-day workweek, 18 patients per day
Specialist access: Endocrinologist in office
Support model: Physician autonomy backed by robust administrative support
Call: Shared only, no hospital call requirements
