Job Description:

We are currently seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Ground Staff. As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring smooth operations at the airport.

Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming passengers at the airport
Assisting passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding procedures
Handling customer inquiries and providing information about flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
Coordinating with other airport staff to ensure timely and efficient departure of flights
Assisting passengers with special needs or requests
Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and their belongings




Handling and resolving any customer complaints or issues
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Collaborating with other team members to achieve overall company goals and objectives

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills
Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
