Job Description:

Airstriprealtech is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Online Air Ticketing Executives. As an Air Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for handling online flight bookings and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full time position based in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle online flight bookings and reservations for domestic and international flights
Assist customers with their travel inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, prices, and availability
Process payments and issue tickets to customers




Ensure all bookings are accurately recorded and maintained in the system
Collaborate with airlines and other travel partners to resolve any booking issues or discrepancies
Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in airline policies and procedures
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in using online booking systems and Microsoft Office
Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not required
Must be willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Must be a team player and have a positive attitude
