Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – CASA

Role Purpose

To acquire current customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA), drive branch customer acquisition targets, ensure quality sourcing and compliance, and contribute to the overall business growth of the branch.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Business Development
Source recent CASA customers through field visits, references, leads, open market activities, and corporate tie-ups.
Drive business growth by cross-selling bank products such as FD, RD, Insurance, and Loans.
Manage end-to-end onboarding of current customers ensuring KYC compliance.
Portfolio Management
Ensure high-quality customer acquisition and manage retention and activation of acquired customers.
Focus on building long-term relationships and deepening wallet share.
Revenue Generation
Meet/exceed assigned sales targets for CASA & cross-sell products.
Generate leads for other retail assets and third-party products.




Compliance & Process Adherence
Follow internal processes and guidelines for account opening and customer servicing.
Ensure adherence to all audit and compliance requirements.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities and share insights with the team.
Identify new markets and customer segments.

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of CASA products and retail banking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate (mandatory); MBA preferred.
Experience
Assistant Manager: 1–2 years in CASA sales or field sales.
Deputy Manager: 2–4 years in banking sales, preferably CASA acquisition.

Number of current CASA accounts opened.
Value of deposits mobilized.
Cross-sell product penetration.
Customer activation & retention rate.
Compliance and audit scores.
