Job Title: Ground Staff

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Ground Staff. As a Ground Staff member, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations at the airport, ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding processes
Ensure the safety and security of passengers by conducting pre-flight checks and following safety protocols
Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
Assist with loading and unloading of baggage and cargo
Coordinate with other airport personnel to ensure smooth and timely operations
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal




Handle any emergency situations that may arise and follow proper procedures
Adhere to all airport regulations and policies to maintain a safe and efficient environment

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and dynamic environment
Robust problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Knowledge of basic computer skills and ability to use airport equipment
