Ultimate Alloys Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor – Machine Shop to join our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily machining activities as per the production and dispatch schedule.
- Allocate jobs, machines and manpower to achieve daily/weekly production targets.
- Supervise operations on CNC VTL, VMC, HMC, Horizontal Boring and conventional machines.
- Monitor machining cycle time, machine utilization and operator productivity.
- Ensure machining is carried out as per approved drawings, process sheets and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance and Foundry teams for smooth material flow.
- Monitor critical machining dimensions, tolerances, GD&T; requirements and stage inspections.
- Ensure proper tooling, fixtures, cutting parameters and work-holding methods are followed.
- Minimize machining rejection, rework, setup time and idle time.
- Ensure preventive maintenance requirements and machine abnormalities are communicated promptly.
- Maintain production records, job status and shift-wise output.




- Ensure safe handling and machining of large and heavy pump castings/components.
- Maintain 5S, shop-floor discipline and safety compliance.
- Guide, train and monitor CNC operators and other machine-shop personnel.

Candidate Profile? Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent ⏳ Experience: 5–10 years in CNC Machine Shop Production

Preferred Experience⭐ Hands-on experience with CNC VTL / VMC / HMC / Horizontal Boring machines

⭐ Positive knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T; and machining processes

⭐ Experience in machining pump casings, valve bodies or heavy engineering castings preferred

⭐ Strong knowledge of tooling, fixtures, cutting parameters and cycle-time optimization

⭐ Good manpower handling and production planning skills
