Role Description The Production Supervisor (Chemical Manufacturing) is a full-time, in office role based in Kota. This role oversees daily production activities on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to production schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements.

The Production

Supervisor coordinates resources, assigns tasks to production staff, and monitors equipment and processes to maintain smooth operations.

Responsibilities include supervising shift performance, resolving operational issues, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with quality, maintenance, and planning teams. The role also involves implementing process improvements, supporting training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong supervisory skills with experience leading production teams and managing shift operations.




- Ability to manage production schedules and apply effective production planning to meet output and quality targets.
- Proficiency in production management practices, including workflow optimization, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Clear and effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and guiding production staff.
- Degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in chemical or specialty chemicals manufacturing, with knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality control practices, and incident reporting.
- Ability to work in shifts, maintain attention to detail, and respond promptly to production issues.
