? WE ARE HIRING: MANAGER – PRODUCTION PLANNING & CONTROL (PPC)

Sitaram Spinners Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced PPC professional to lead production planning, cost control and delivery coordination across Units 01, 02 and 03.

Key Responsibilities

? Prepare and release rolling monthly, weekly and daily production plans based on sales orders, plant capacity, inventory and dispatch priorities.

? Allocate yarn counts, lots, blends, fibres and machines to achieve production targets with practical sequencing and minimal avoidable changeovers.

? Coordinate with Sales and plant teams to reduce loss-making yarn counts and maintain production cost per kilogram within the approved budget.

? Review daily plan-versus-actual production, cost and capacity variances; initiate recovery plans and escalate constraints promptly.

? Drive production readiness in line with committed dispatch plans and maintain OTIF performance of at least 95%.

? Improve spindle utilization through effective load balancing, bottleneck management and coordination with Production and Maintenance.

? Conduct daily planning meetings and align priorities with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, Finance and other teams.

? Lead PPC requirements, master-data readiness, testing, user adoption and disciplined transaction entry for Odoo ERP implementation and stabilization.





? Maintain accurate MIS and dashboards covering orders, capacity, WIP, count-wise production, utilization, changeovers, OTIF and operational risks.

? Standardize PPC processes, planning calendars and escalation protocols, while developing the capabilities of PPC executives, planners and data coordinators.

Candidate Profile

✅ Degree or diploma in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, Production/Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.

✅ 8–12 years of experience in spinning-mill production planning or operations, including at least three years in a supervisory or managerial role.

✅ Strong knowledge of yarn counts, blends, fibres, spinning capacity, machine allocation, production costing, WIP, inventory control, quality and delivery planning.

✅ Strong Excel and MIS capabilities with hands-on ERP experience. Odoo implementation experience is preferred.

✅ Robust commercial judgment, numerical accuracy, problem-solving ability, cross-functional influence, urgency and people-development skills.
