- Small Adjustments/: Pay special attention to important processing variables, such as mold cooling cycles, holding pressures, injection speeds, and melt temperatures, and make safe, small adjustments to address parameter drifts.

Defect

Diagnostics &

- Real/-Time Corrections/: By modifying machine settings or flagging tool rooms, you can detect and resolve urgent part quality problems on the floor, such as flash, short/-shots, sink marks, burn marks, silver streaks, and warping.

Shift Resource

Allocation &

- Operator Deployment/: Assign operators, material handlers, and shift technicians to their assigned workstations in order to manage shift attendance roll/-calls and ensure balanced line loading.

Quick

Tool/-Changeover &

- Setup Support/: During mold changes,



assist the tool/-room and setup teams by making sure that robotic pickers, chillers, hot/-runner controllers, and raw material dryers are set up correctly to meet the line's ramp/-up window.

Dosing &
