Key Responsibilities
- Perform filter integrity testing (FIT) before and after filtration processes as per approved SOPs.
- Operate and handle filter integrity testing equipment and associated filtration systems.
- Verify the integrity of sterilizing-grade and process filters using approved methods.
- Record and maintain test results, logbooks, and batch documentation accurately.
- Ensure filtration activities comply with GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and report any filter failures, deviations, or abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Assist in installation, replacement, cleaning, and storage of filters.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and Engineering departments during filtration activities.
- Ensure cleanliness of the work area and equipment as per housekeeping standards.
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE during operations.
